Hikmah: GOK began with a heartfelt desire to create something meaningful—something that would bring people together, spark curiosity, and inspire a love for Islamic learning. It came from our own experiences, sitting with family and friends of all ages and knowledge levels, trying to share Islamic knowledge in a way that everyone could enjoy. We wanted to create a game that didn’t just teach facts but built a connection to our deen in an exciting and memorable way.

One of the things we’re most proud of is that every single question in Hikmah is carefully researched and based on authentic Islamic sources. We wanted this game to reflect the richness of our faith and its teachings, so we drew from trusted books and references. Whether it’s Tafseer, Prophets, Quran, or Islamic General Knowledge, each question is rooted in reliable sources to ensure the highest level of authenticity. For us, this wasn’t just a detail—it was the foundation of the game.

As we developed Hikmah, we thought deeply about how to make it accessible to everyone, regardless of their background or knowledge level. We created easier questions for kids and reverts, alongside more challenging ones for experienced players. This balance means that whether you’re just starting your Islamic journey or have spent years studying, there’s something in Hikmah for you.

We also wanted the game to be dynamic and interactive, so we included features like Pearl Cards for exciting twists and a dedicated app that tracks scores, provides lifelines, and syncs seamlessly with the board game. Players can move counters on the board while answering questions in the app, making every moment engaging and full of energy.

For us, Hikmah is more than just a game—it’s a way to help the Muslim ummah, especially the youth, reconnect with their faith in a fun and meaningful way. It’s about fostering a love for learning, spending quality time with loved ones, and strengthening bonds through shared knowledge.
